This guide really opened my eyes. I always knew something felt off about how I was raised, but I couldn’t put it into words until I read this. It explains things in a way that’s easy to understand and really helped me make sense of my experiences. I especially liked the parts about setting boundaries and starting to rebuild your selfworth. It made me feel less alone and gave me hope that healing is possible.

I loved this guide. So very well written and beautiful… I love the part about what happens when the parent-child relationship dissolves. So true. I cut off my narcissist dad two years ago and the aftermath is exactly as written in this guide. Thank you Jasmine and It was a pleasure to read how far you’ve come despite your upbringing. It is very inspirational to those who have endured the same childhood.

This book finally gave words to what I lived through for decades. It was like someone had followed me through childhood and wrote down everything I was too afraid to say. Not only did it validate my experience, it gave me real and practical tools for starting to heal. I’ve read so many books on narcissistic abuse but this one stands out for how trauma-informed, compassionate, and empowering it is. A must-read for anyone trying to break free from the invisible grip of a narcissistic parent.

This book hit me hard in the best way. It put words to things I’ve felt my whole life but could never explain. the guilt, the walking on eggshells, the constant pressure to perform just to get crumbs of love. I saw my childhood on every page. It’s not just validating, it’s freeing. Some parts were heavy, but that’s because the truth is heavy. Highly recommend if you’re trying to untangle the mess left behind by a toxic parent.
