You’ll be guided through simple, science-based methods to calm your nervous system, reduce panic, and feel safer in your body. Techniques are adapted to your personal needs.

🧩 Session 3: Finding Your Way Forward

Together we explore your support system, coping tools, and available healing methods (such as EMDR, therapy, or body-based approaches). You’ll leave with a personal resource plan and next-step options.

    i’ve done therapy before but this felt different. jasmine made it feel safe from the start, like no pressure to explain everything “perfectly”. i’ve carried trauma for years n always blamed myself. she helped me see things clearer n gave me tools that actually work when i start spiraling. the window of tolerance thing?? never heard of it before but it made so much sense.
