I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this book really surprised me. It breaks things down in a way that’s easy to understand without feeling oversimplified. The examples felt relatable, and the exercises actually made a difference in how I handle emotions especially in stressful situations. I’m definitely more aware of how I react and why. Great resource if you’re working on yourself but don’t know where to start.
